About the room
Private property, lots of space, at the end of a cul de sac, very quiet.very clean. There is no shoes or smoking in the house, you will be asked to pay half the utilities as well and the house will be a completely shared house. I would much rather have someone who’s private also and doesn’t keep a lot of company. Walk in closet!! You will also be required to help with the cleaning of common areas.
