Large master bedroom in a nice, clean, 4 bedroom house. A mile away from ASU campus, Mill Ave and minutes away from the light rail. Cross streets are University and McClintock. We are students and creatives who share a home and are looking for a good fit. I have a recording studio in the converted garage and work from home. No Partiers, No Pets, No cigarette smokers. $650/month covers all utilities except internet which is an additional $25/month.
