The room is furnished, along with built-in dresser, shelves and closet. Approx. 16’x11’ish. This is a big lovely house (4 stories) with a large backyard and lots of privacy. Bathroom is shared. We also have a hot tub. Around the corner from Safeway, four blocks from CCSF, and across the street from Sunnyside Park. Ten minute walk to BART, with buses close by the house. Street parking is easy; we also have a shared parking spot.

I teach gardening and science to elementary school students and do real estate photography as another job. I’m also a musician and play piano and accordion. Another housemate is an opera singer from Chile. This is a friendly and fairly casual household. We have animals: two dogs (one old lady and one young foster), two rabbits, three (on occasion loud!) parrots, all rescues. Non-aggressive dogs are welcome; also other odd and sundry creatures. Cat allergies and birds prevent having cats.
