Hey I’m Zach. I bought this home 4 years ago and have lived here alone since. I’m in my early 30s, and recently returned to school full time after working a decade as a software developer. I am seeking one roommate to help stretch my savings a little further as I finish school. I do have one dog and one cat, but the dog often spends time at my parent’s house.
