There is one bedroom with a shared bathroom available upstairs, which is $800 per month plus utilities. Women are preferred for the upstairs bedroom, as you would be sharing the bathroom with another woman. The house is excellently located in a cul de sac with street parking and a quiet neighborhood. It is within walking distance to the Mosaic District, bus line, and the Dunn Loring Metro. It takes less than a 5 minute drive to get onto 495 and is close to 66. Our house consists of LGBTQ+-friendly people with a very sweet 30-pound dog. I am a 35 year old woman working as a full-time DJ. Sometimes I work from home to take care of admin duties and music production (in headphones). My housemate is a 26 year old woman who is getting her PhD at GMU.
