Looking for a third roommate for a townhouse in Lakewood! The room is the downstairs and is the smallest, but you would be getting your own bathroom. It’s also farthest from the other bedrooms so you would be getting a little more privacy. The property is 1,326 sqft, with a pool and tennis court available in the complex. There is a in-unit washer and dryer, and utilities are covered (except for electricity and wifi). There are 2 designated parking spots, as well as visitor and street parking very close by.

Hi, we’re Lilli and Sarah! Lilli is 25 and works remotely in sales, and is into gaming, cosplay, and gardening. Sarah is 24 and works in retail, is in school, and plays guitar. We’re both into a lot of shows and films so it’d be lovely to find someone with similar interests! We’re looking for someone who’s quiet, respectful of the space and other roommates, around our age, and clean. There are two cats in the house, if allergies or other pets are a concern (not a dog-friendly house). If you smoke/vape, do not do so inside as it’s against the lease.
