Option to keep the room furnished with a queen bed, night stand, and lamp. Upstairs bathroom with double sink will be shared with one other roommate and there is a half bathroom on the main floor. Laundry on third floor with bedrooms. Will have one parking spot inside the garage and parking is available for guests. Shared living room, kitchen, and balcony. Rent includes all utilities (water, gas, internet, and electricity).
About the roomies
One female roommate is mid 30s. She is a foodie, loves reading, into health and holistic things, and likes organizing. Second roommate is in her late 20s and is very chill, likes to bake, and go to farmers market.
