This is a nice, quiet apartment complex with great amenities like a pool and a dog park. I moved in about a month ago, and so far everything has been very peaceful. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the landscaping, but overall I’d still give this place a solid 8 out of 10!

Hi! It’s just me living in the apartment right now, and I have a spare room available for rent. I’m a quiet, clean, and respectful person who values personal space, but I’m also easygoing and would love to live with someone I can get along with.

I’m open to hanging out sometimes watching TV, going out, playing board games, or just chatting. I’d prefer it not to feel like we’re just strangers sharing an apartment.

I work overnight during the week, so I’m hardly ever home at night except on weekends. If you’re looking for a comfortable, laid-back place with a chill roommate, this might be a good fit!

The reason I’d prefer female roommates is because I had a male roommate before and he wasn’t helping with bills, plus he kept stealing my clothes and cologne and invading my privacy. I just figured I wouldn’t have those issues with a woman.
