Guest bedroom (share bathroom): Rent: $700/mo, $700 deposit (refundable)

Master bedroom (own bathroom, walk in closet): Rent: $1,100/mo, $1,100 deposit (refundable)

Utilities include: Water, sewer, trash, gas and wifi.

3 car garage and 3 car drive way parking. Washer and dryer inside the house.

The house is 3 minutes drive from Green Valley Ranch Casino and “The District” shopping area with many retail shops, restaurants, coffee shops and others.

There are Bank of American, Wells Fargo, Chase, Cheesecake, Shake Shack, Starbucks, Wholefood, Smith and gas stations in 3 - 5 minutes drive.

I am non smoker and non drinker.
