Wanting to share our 3300 Sq ft home in Edmond with Edmond schools.

We have an upstairs available since our kids have moved away. We currently have 1 roommate renting a room upstairs opposite side of home.

We reside downstairs.

The 2 rooms available have a King bed, a Queen bed & a dual private bathroom.

We have a large great/theater room upstairs. This is a shared space for our roommates.

Other Shared spaces will be main kitchen, dining room, laundry room, pool area, garden, storm shelter & green belt property.

Great for traveling professionals wanting to share housing or 2 College students attending UCO.

We are ideally located in Edmond near Kilpatrick Turnpike off of Western & 150th in an upscale area.

Close to every amenity. Restaurants galore, shopping, entertainment (Top Golf, Main Event, Chisholm Creek, Quail Springs Mall, Sam’s, Costco, Hospitals)

Limited Utilities, YouTube TV, Internet included

We have 3 small rescue dogs. They are not aggressive but can be yappy at times. We try our hardest to contain them with bark collars etc, but please be aware that they DO bark.

We do request Quiet hours between 11:00 pm and 7:00am on weekdays.

We keep a clean home and ask you to respect the space.

No smoking please.

Month to month leasing with good credit & references. We are open to renting to a couple.

Per month - 1 person $1100 Per month - 2 people $1200

We are pretty chill, love music, love our grown boys & our dogs! We own a Commercial Construction Company & work quite a bit. We enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset once in awhile. We are pretty private & usually hunker down in our rooms downstairs during the week.
