This room is in the basement is a fully renovated basement with a lot of space. It comes with your own personal kitchenette. It is ready furnish you would have access to the kitchen in the bathroom, which is shared. Also a washer and dryer, which is also shared. Any questions please contact me.

About the roomies

In total, you will have three roommates. I will be your roommate, and there will be another individual another room. My mom would be considered the third with her son but she is moving soon by the end of this year. She is the landlord. But besides that, the main roommates will be me and another individual that will rent another room. You will be sharing that bathroom only with the other individual. Respect each other’s spaces and it’s quiet majority of the time. I work full-time and go to school.
