Room possibly available soon. Newly renovated room! My wife & I have recently purchased a large, older home (3,200 sq ft) in Summerville near the Country Club and are renting out 2 bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom is already rented. Both bedrooms are fairly large, 15x13 or so. There is a full bath shared between them. House has almost an acre of land also. We’re still moving in & renovating so the place is a bit cluttered. Room can be furnished or not.

My wife & I: I work IT and maintain servers for the sheriff & county… my job requires a background check every other year & I’ve passed 10 so far. Wife works for a dentist. We both work M-F days and have to get up early & go to bed early, so no night shift workers or party people coming home at all hours. We’re both introverts and are fairly quiet homebodies. We’re nerds that love all things Star Wars (Han shot first!), Star Trek & sci-fi. House is smoke-free, drug-free, kid-free. We have 2 golden retrievers so you must like dogs because they will love you whether you like it or not. A 40 year old woman rents one of the bedrooms.
