This townhouse is conveniently located across from the Van Dorn Metro station (5 minutes of walk from Harrison Circle in Summer’s Grove to the Metro train station) in Alexandria and just minutes from the beltway 495 and 395. This community is near the Eisenhower and Van Dorn intersection. The King street metro is next stop and Washington Reagan National Airport is only 3 stops from here.
All utilities (gas, water, electric, and internet) are included. The common areas include kitchen, dining room and a living room. The kitchen is furnished with granite counter-top, and all the appliances of today’s modern kitchen. The Townhouse has an in-unit washer and dryer, and a deck. The townhouse community also has a swimming pool. You will have access to the community pool. We have a wireless high-speed internet from Comcast.
The house offers plenty of privacy because bedrooms are located on a different level from the common areas such as living room and dining room, so you can socialize with the roommates without compromising your own private space. You don’t really need a car, because the metro station, grocery store, and the restaurants are at a walking distance.
We keep common areas clean, we are quiet, and respect others space and expect the same in return.
