I’m a 35-year-old HR professional relocating to Republic, WA for work, and I’m looking for the right person (or couple) to share my Spokane home. You’d have two private bedrooms to yourself and full use of the house — I’ll only be back on occasional weekends. When I’m around, I’m quiet, respectful, and low-impact (into cats, hiking, video games, and e-bikes).

This is a charming 3 bed / 2 bath house in the beautiful and walkable Cannon Hill neighborhood — just 1 mile from Rosauers and even closer to downtown. It’s on a peaceful, tree-lined street that feels tucked away while still being central.

What’s Included: • Two private bedrooms (great for bedroom + office, studio, or kid’s room) • Full access to shared spaces — kitchen, living room, laundry, etc. • Central AC and gigabit fiber internet • Detached garage for storage — only fits a Mini Cooper (if you have one, score!) • Off-street parking behind the garage + easy street parking • Backyard intentionally planted with native species for a peaceful, garden-like feel • $800 flat rent includes:  – All utilities  – Weekly cleaner for shared spaces  – Regular lawn maintenance • Month-to-month lease • $800 refundable security deposit

A few notes: • Parents or couples welcome — same rent • Cats allowed once I’ve moved out — I have three of my own and can’t risk territory issues while I’m still around. I expect to be fully out before September • No dogs, to protect the hardwood floors • Available immediately — you can move in while I’m moving out

I’m friendly and communicative, but also give people their space. The house is already set up and well cared for — I hire a cleaner weekly for common areas and someone to maintain the lawn. I’m happy to collaborate on making the place feel like home for both of us while I transition out.
