Great house close to downtown Santa Ana and close to 55, 57, 5, and 22 freeway. 3 bed 2 bath house. The room is 10x12 and has closet. Sorry about the pics. Will get better ones after remodel. You will be renting a room inside the house. We also have washer and dryer. Already have one female renter in the detached room in the back. I’m 37 and single and I own this house. The current renter, she is 25 single as well. We are very courteous and quiet but are also loads of fun. Were the typical young professionals. I have a big yard and bbq in the back. I also have two dogs and cats (they are all people friendly and stay outside) We take turns making dinner so I hope you know how to cook!
