About the room

Our property is located in a great safe and quiet neighborhood and less than 5 minutes to the JBER Boniface gate, around 10-ish minutes to all the major Anchorage hospitals, and around 10-ish minutes to UAA. This room includes a queen size bed with a firm mattress, a smart QLED TV, unlimited internet, and all utilities. Additionally, this room shares a bathroom with one other roommate but as a note, we also have another bathroom (half) downstairs.

About the roomies

We are a young couple who both work at the hospital during the day time. Although there will be common areas, we are very respectful of space and are very clean individuals. Additionally, we have two small chill nice Pomeranian puppies.
