About the property
Nice humble home on a beautiful 5 acre lot. Very quiet, serene and safe place. Just me and my dog, who is evenly balanced and perfectly behaved. Also, 3 outdoor cats which do have their warm, comfy and safe setup in the garage when they want to eat, sleep and get out of inclement weather. They are vetted and part of the family too. Mostly private yard with maintained trails throughout the wooded area. If you like nature and not a fan of a sardine packed neighborhood, this is the place. Plenty of privacy and elbow room.
I’m gone quite a bit as I work a ton of hours throughout the week. A drama free and very quiet place for someone who works from home, or any out of home work schedule.
Looking to share my home with one other responsible, emotionally mature, trustworthy, financially responsible, adult. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. Rest of the house and property are shared. It’s not a “White Glove” place but I do keep it tidy and relatively clean and expect the same. Not a ton of available space in the house for storage but plenty of room for storage in the secured pole shed.
If you like to have bon fires, or want a vegetable garden, both are large enough to accommodate your needs. This is a place where you can call “home” and do as you please as if you were a close friend or family member. I rarely have anyone over, but when I do, it’s immediate family members.
No background check required. Just be upfront and honest with me of your past if you would have difficulty renting a place that requires one. I get that people make mistakes and it shouldn’t define them. Plus, if there is something out there, it’s easy to figure out, so honesty is the best policy and won’t be held against you.
I’m not in a rush and looking for the perfect fit. If you work from home, or days out of the home, you would be hard pressed to find a place as accommodating as this. Prefer long term (1+ years) over short term.
No cats in the house, addicts or families.
