4 bed, 2 bath house in Aurora, available asap. Rent is $800/month + split utilities, and the house is spacious and chill with a great setup. The house: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms Two living rooms (plenty of space to spread out) Full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit Backyard & garage Room is unfurnished but we have a spare bed, if needed Street parking is available.

You’d be sharing the house with me (30) and my roommate Tyson (37). We’re both friendly, laid-back, and respectful. We do our own thing but are always down to chat, hang, or share a meal every now and then. The house is a safe, easygoing space with good vibes. We also have 3 sweet cats, so ideally you’d be an animal lover or at least pet-friendly. If you have pets, we can discuss if itd be a good fit.
