Apartment is on second floor, stairs only access. 10’x11’ room. Children’s park outside, trash and recycling provided. Washer and dryer in apartment. Pool and gym access. Plenty of food and shopping nearby. Will have a mattress left from previous tenant.

Will be asked to sign onto a month to month lease with management Management only allows 2 pets and sorry we have 2 cats on record already. Just ask that you be chill with cats

About the roomies

2 people 2 cat roommates Andrew is a Marine Veteran, I grew up on a ranch. Both are anime/gaming nerds. Andrew is more outgoing, I am more introverted and prefer shopping and events in town. 1 elderly cat is skittish and shy, 1 younger cat is a menace. Andrew pays more on bills and I usually buy more groceries and handle most the chores. We’ll respect your personal space and try to accomodate a few extra furnishings if you wanted.
