I am looking for an individual to fill a bedroom in my newly renovated townhome!

A bit about the space… it is located in the La Mesa area, it is a townhome style layout with 2 balconies and an additional sunroom, there is driveway parking (5 cars fit), & in home washer and dryer units.

I am looking to fill the room by ideally August 1st (if you’d want to move in sooner the room is available or if you need a later move in date I can be flexible) the restroom is shared with one other person, the rent price is is $1140 per month
