We have a large upstairs bedroom in our house that has a basic closet. The bathroom is downstairs and is only used by my wife and I when we need to shower. We have our own half bathroom off our bedroom. Plenty of storage available in our basement. We also have an above ground pool and live on a half acre.

We are on a no outlet street so it is very quiet, but only a mile from downtown Shawnee. We are close to beautiful West Flander’s Park and a short drive to I35 or Shawnee Mission Parkway.

I’m a special education teacher who loves to be active outside whether it is gardening, bike riding, hiking, camping or swimming. My wife also works in special education and is an avid reader. She loves music and sings at her church. We are a queer couple. I identify as a trans pansexual man and she identifies as a cis pansexual woman. We will only live with people who are open minded and non judgemental. We are typically quiet at home. We work 8-4 and usually relax with a glass of wine and Netflix. We do have 3 dogs who have their barking moments, but they do not go upstairs. We cannot take anyone with pets unfortunately. We are family oriented and do have family come over from time to time. We also do like to host gatherings every couple months whether it be Friendsgiving or a board game night.
