About the room

Shared townhouse with owner. Location on Boise bench, makes accessibility easy to downtown/foothills, airport and I-84. House furnished with all living room and kitchen needs, but more are welcome. Bedroom can be furnished upon request for an additional $100/month. The room is shown in the pictures, with an additional walk in closet roughly 8x5 with extensive shelfing not pictured. Furnishing, if requested, will be different and newer than what is pictured. Attached garage has room for some storage of belongings. I am very clean and organized and am looking for a roommate who is similar, can keep a clean kitchen, bathroom and general space. Pets are case-to-case basis.

I’m Zach, a nurse who works nearby at St. Als. I’ve lived in Boise for a few years now and enjoy it very much. I stay active and busy skiing in the winter and biking and camping in the summer.
