“Hello! I’m Regina, and I’m excited to welcome you into my cozy three-bedroom home. My little house has a lovely backyard perfect for relaxation and fresh air. Your room will be equipped with a dresser, queen size bed WiFi and TV for your comfort and convenience. You’ll also have access to the washer and dryer, kitchen, and backyard, where you can unwind after a long day. On-street and off street parking is readily available. My home is conveniently located just 2 miles from San Diego State University and 8 miles from Grossmont College,3 miles to downtown La Mesa where they have fantastic bars and restaurants. It’s an ideal spot for students. Please note that I have small dogs, so you must be dog-friendly. With that being said I can not a tenant with an animal. Additionally, my home is a non-smoking environment, and I kindly request that you maintain a neat and clean lifestyle. Regarding guests, I ask that you refrain from having overnight guests without prior permission. If you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, I’d love to have you!”
