I have a small room available starting June 15, 2026 in the Ironbound, furnished with a queen-size bed. All utilities are included: water, electricity, and Wi-Fi. I am a former flight attendant and currently a single mom to an 18-month-old toddler. I am looking for someone who, preferably, works during the days and is willing to provide a clean, background check prior to moving in. I have another roommate who is a High School Teacher; clean and respectful.

Out future roommate must have a job, be a nonsmoker, responsible and clean.

*The apartment is walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. 17 minute walk Newark Penn Station and 9 minute drive to EWR airport.
