This room is available for move in on immediately. It’s a month to month rental. We’re just a Small family looking to rent out one of 4 bedrooms. The bathroom is shared between the other roomies. Students and military are preferred, hopefully no drama. The room can be furnished Upon request an no additional cost. Washer and dryer included with a large television in the common area. Full kitchen with all amenities available. Room is available for one person with allowed visits but no overnights(frequent visitors must be verified-ID only). WiFi, utilities included in rent price. My wife and I are pretty stable but just havea few extra rooms that we are looking to capitalize on. We have 3 small girls that will respect the personal space of the roomies.
