Cozy room available on the east side of town, just minutes from major freeways for an easy commute across the city. The neighborhood is quiet and packed with great food spots, stores, and everything you need nearby. The home is clean and comfortable with a large backyard, bonfire, and storage. Perfect for relaxing or hanging with my two friendly dogs and chill cat. Looking for someone responsible, respectful, and cool with pets who’s ready to share a peaceful space.

I’m a manager at a dispensary, currently studying archaeology, and I run a nonprofit focused on sustainability. I also do some design work on the side — always working on something creative. I have a young daughter who stays with me part-time (4-5 days a week), so I prefer a female roommate for comfort, safety, and a peaceful vibe. My mom visits occasionally to spend time with us but doesn’t stay. You’ll have to meet her eventually. I’m respectful, clean, and easy to live with.
