Hello! My name is Sam and I am looking for a roommate to join me in my new home. I invite you to stay in my spare bedroom and accompanying second room, that will both be occupied solely by you. The bedroom is fully furnished and the other room is a blank canvas (which can be furnished upon request). I am a young professional working in retail management. I would consider myself a clean, social, and organized individual, whose time is primarily spent at work. When I am not working I find joy and relaxation through working out and hiking.
