A clean and peaceful space to call home is available in our quiet respectful house. The private basement/bedroom spans the length of the house and offers plenty of room to make it your own. The ceiling is slightly lower but still provides comfortable clearance—our last tenant was over 6’ and found it spacious and comfortable.

Everyone is welcoming and new to the home. We all value a calm and considerate environment. We’re looking for someone friendly, responsible, and goal-oriented—perfect for a recent grad, young professional, or anyone wanting to live close to the university, hospital, or Center City.

Rent is all-inclusive meaning you can focus on your next chapter without worrying about extra bills!

You’ll be sharing the home with three respectful, easygoing working adults who all appreciate a peaceful and tidy living environment. Everyone does their part to keep shared spaces clean and comfortable. There’s one small, friendly dog who stays on the main level—she’s sweet and will keep to herself.

Your private detached bathroom is on the main floor within the laundry area, which includes a coin-operated washer and dryer. The other tenants primarily use the upstairs bathroom near their bedrooms, so you’ll have plenty of access.

The kitchen and living room are shared and always cleaned up after use. We believe in leaving things as we’d like to found them—clean, organized, welcoming, and drama-free.
