Well, there isn’t much to say, it’s a bedroom for temporary occupancy. It is unfurnished, there is a full closet for use in that room. The property has a 1 full bathroom and a half bath. Washer and Dryer in the basement and use of the kitchen. Please note, I am very kind, real and respectful. I prefer people who keep it real and and don’t bs about things.

Now this is the good part. I am probably the most laid back and calm individual you will ever meet. I might look a bit intimidating in size but I am nice guy. Naturally a nice guy. Gentle Giant if you will. I have done this roommate thing before and what I have come to realize is that, people always present the best versions of themselves online and when you move them in, you start to see who they really are. I do not like confrontation, I am big on communication and respect and as adults, I would like to think we should be able to respect each others boundaries. Keep in mind that you are renting a room in someone’s home. That means even though you are paying to live there, that does not mean you can just do whatever you want to do in the home. I will not allow disrespect or dysfunction in a home that was peaceful before you entered it. Thankfully contract agreements have saved me from having to deal with most issues. My house is always clean. It’s not perfect, but I don’t have kids or pets and I would like to keep it that way. Clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathrooms, don’t touch what isn’t yours, and be able to maintain your job and pay your rent. I work from home for an insurance agency from 9 to 5. Most days I spend my time at home and I am a quiet guy for the most part but I don’t mind having conversation and getting to know you…I mean we are going to be roomies for a year! The rent includes (electric, wi-fi, gas, and water) as far as food goes…you are on your own. I do love to cook and if I do cook a delicious meal, you are more than welcome to eat! I am not a judgmental person, I am a lover of people, music, horror films, Halloween, Christmas, wine and candles. Listen I am trying to be as transparent as I can here. Lastly, and this might be the most important thing…NO COMPANY please! You are renting a room, THAT’s IT! I do not have lots of people coming in and out of my house and it is not going to start! I tried that before and the roomie’s friends were stealing things out of my home. I can’t have that again.
so if you hang out and go to a bar with friends, don’t bring any strays home with you. NO COUPLES! ABSOLUTELY NONE! I think I covered everything so far. If you are cool with all of this…hit me up! I am a straight shooter, I prefer to say what I mean now so that we can avoid problems later and be cool roomies.
