About the room
2-story house. Room is on the first floor. Washer and dryer available for usage. You have usage of all appliances, dining room, kitchen, two refrigerators, deep freezer and pantry downstairs, etc. I have an extra mini-fridge, as well. Room is furnished with bed, desk and chair, bedside dresser, a chest of drawers, and a larger dresser with mirror if you want. There are mini blinds and I just hung a new, thick, beige curtain. If you need bedding, I have some, as well. Beautiful park with water and ducks and view of the mountains nearby and we are right across the street from a green area. Beautiful, modern neighborhood in Trailside Point in Laveen, AZ.
About the roomies
56 year-old mom and 59 year-old step-dad of 24 year-old and 26 year-old brothers. My 25 year-old has severe/profound autism and is nonverbal. I have one male 6 year-old Siberian husky and one female 3 year old Siberian Husky. Both are fixed.
