Welcome to a spacious, peaceful, and safe environment, where mutual respect is the norm. I have two room rooms available in my home. The first one is available August 1. The second one is available September 1. you’ll have access to a huge backyard with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi, a basketball court, a workout facility and a gazebo along with areas to practice your gardening with four raised flower beds if you so desire… also there is plenty of parking available and laundry facilities on site… I cover all your utilities, high-speed Internet, and cable television, all hooked up in each room. I also provide pots and pans and dishes and cups and silverware that you will need in the kitchen area along with refrigerators and microwaves and rice makers and blenders and juicers, etc should you desire to use any of them. You will be living with several hard-working, respectful, and quiet men. We respect each others space and we clean up after ourselves. Often times I am out of town and even out of the country and everybody else works different shifts so often times you’ll have the entire house to yourself.
