Property address is in Willistown Woods, West Chester. Not sure why it’s showing as Newtown Square. You have a choice between the basement or the second bedroom on second floor. My preference would be to rent the basement for more privacy. You will have your own bathroom, which is on the second floor.

Rent would include utilities, basic cable, and wifi, however there would be a cap.

My roommate, a long time high school friend, recently moved out and I’m testing the waters to see if there is someone compatible to rent the room out to. I’m a professional male, very clean, respectful, and easy going. I’m looking for the same. Funny, how people say they are until you live with them…

I’m allergic to cats, but I do have one. He’s considered hypoallergenic, so he doesn’t affect me, however I’ve seen him affect those whom are very sensitive.

I like to cook, hike, travel, and mountain bike. Basically anything outdoors. I am handy as well and have been remodeling the place. The kitchen is updated with all new appliances, cabinets, and counter tops. I also like working in cars and motorcycles. There is a garage, however that would not be included in the rent.

I’m not much of a partier, but do like going out at times. I may have company once or twice week, if that. I don’t mind if you have company as long as they are respectful and bot coming and going at all hours through the night.
