About the room

We’re 3 guys in our mid 20’s to 30’s ( Hugo /from France work in bio Tech, Francisco at MIT / PHd, & Philip / British biz grad student and Kevin , here studying International Business) looking for Friendly, clean, roommate to share this beautifully renovated, Sun filled 3rd floor , 5BR/2 bath apartment just a 10 minute walk to Central Sq & Kendall sq and the redline T stops !

Apartment description: in-unit washer dryer ( NON- coin-op), Condo-quality Kitchen & baths (Granite counters and stainless steel Appliances) Hardwood floors throughout, landscaped patio, back yard and bike rack. The rooms are $1300 month .You can measure rooms on the 3D video- linked below ( utilities are extra but should be reasonable since the entire house is insulated, the heating systems are nearly new and highly efficient). One person per room maximum. We’ll consider Dogs/cats ( we charge an extra $35/month for a cat, $85/month for a dog). Must have good credit or cosigner with good credit and commit to 12 month lease which starts 9/1/26.
