The home is a 2 bed/2 bath with 1 bed/1 bath for rent (The bath is a partial share as I do like to take baths probably once a week and my son needs to be bathed in the bath tub every other weekend. If we’re using the bath you’re ok to use my bathroom in my bedroom if needed.) 1,400 sq. ft, high vaulted ceilings, wood floors throughout, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Central AC/heat, Ring security, Comcast high-speed Internet, BBQ, some storage in garage, and large fenced backyard. The house is located in a court so we do not get foot traffic, which is nice. It’s not the best neighborhood but it’s close to SCC and DT. I have security metal shutters that can come down over every single window and door at the press of a button (the one in your bedroom is the fire escape one that is not electric). I also have a doggy door that fits my dog who is 97 lbs lol. Oh and decorate your bedroom and bathroom however you want. I’m even open to decorations in the home, I just haven’t had time for all that.

I am a 37 year old female who works FT at the Department of Justice and goes to school PT. I have a 2 1/2 year old son 50% (basically one week on, one week off), and a 3 year old male German Shepherd who is like Scooby Doo. He loves any dog and person, but is also a great guard dog. I am tired and busy, so I like to come home and Netflix and chill most days. I’m ok with someone having people over but not on the regular. One friend a few days a week over is fine, just not a whole gang of people without notice please. No overnight guests w/o prior approval. I am gone at my boyfriends a couple times a week or more and he’s over maybe once a week but doesn’t stay overnight.
