Large and bright private room available in a lovely two bedroom home located in the heart of Tempe. The room includes two built-in robes and is fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, all linen provided, and two bedside tables. Light, airy, and you will have a private bathroom and an internal laundry/dryer.
This is a peaceful household, ideal for a respectful, clean and quiet tenant.
House rules: treats the place as their own and cleans their own area such as bathroom regularly. NO smoking inside or out, NO vaping, NO drugs, NO party people.
