Open upper floor townhouse with three bedrooms total–looking for 1 roommate, open living room/dining area, with a small porch. Pet friendly. It’s also a good location for those attending Madison Area Technical College (MATC) or UW-Madison (though a bit further commute than MATC). The living room and kitchen are furnished, you would only need to furnish your own personal room. Two of the three bedrooms share a bathroom (that has a shower too). Includes: stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kitchen sink/garbage disposal; washing machine and dryer, a single garage and on-site parking, and an on-site pool.
