Private bedroom available in a two-story townhouse. The room features high ceilings, plenty of storage space in the closet, mirrored closet doors, direct sunlight during sunset hours, A/C unit, and a ceiling fan. You will have access to a bathroom shared with one other roommate. There is also a guest bathroom downstairs (half-bathroom). Also downstairs is the kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. Full size washer and dryer included. It is a big house so we all pitch in to keep the common areas clean. Rent price already includes utilities and wifi!

Currently 3 roommates. We all work full time with varying schedules. We generally keep to ourselves, but we are open to game nights, cooking, and going out from time to time. I also have an adorable black cat, who mainly sticks with me, but may roam while I’m at work. We are kind hearted people who respect others, and ask for the same in return.
