About the room

I am looking for a roommate for a 2/2 apartment in the Palm Beach Gardens area. The room is fully furnished and the apartment includes a shared living room, kitchen and porch with storage space. The complex is safe and well located with a 5 min walk to a plaza with a Publix, several stores, and restaurants. It is also 15/20min drive to several beaches nearby. I am looking for a female roommate, graduate student or young professional preferred. A very responsible, respectful, and clean person.

About the roomies

I am Tania, a doctoral student. I am a friendly, respectful, and clean person. I am usually working on my desk or working in a cafe nearby. I do biking and hiking for relaxing and exercise activities, and I am happy to connect for a visit or viewings to the apartment while it is still available!
