The complex is well maintained, it has pools and a gym for all residents. The complex is safe and well located with a 5 min walk to a plaza with a Publix, several stores, and restaurants. It is also 15min drive to several beaches nearby. I am looking for a female roommate, graduate student or young professional preferred. A responsible, respectful, and organized person.
