I have one spacious room with large closet for rent in a beautiful, modern house in Rocklin. The room will is available now. The rent is $1000 a month with a $500 deposit due at signing of the lease. The utilities are not included. Typically a little more than $50.00 . The lease is 6 months with the option to renew. The bathroom is shared and we have plenty of street parking, as well as a covered carport with EV charging. The house is fully furnished and has a washer and a dryer. currently two college students live at the location. They are very easy-going, considerate, and clean.
