Quiet complex of about 60 units, walking distance to marina and biking distance to the beach. Unit is on the second floor (no one above, just below) so one set of stairs. The room itself is a standard 14’ x 14’ with average closet and a large window that faces woods. There is only one bathroom but it has a double sink so you can have your side and set up. Room is unfurnished. If that is needed I can supply it but it will be an additional cost. Utilities will be split 50/50 including internet. Right now, this approximately $200-225 a month (so half would be $100/112). Also streaming apps can be shared and any smart devices in the house. Also, bonuses of the unit - washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, ninja grill, decent patio space (with plants), and complex has a pool (still trying to get a key but neighbors let me in). Drawbacks - minimal cabinet space in the kitchen, but I use the hall closet as a pantry. My dog sheds but I have a roomba that I run a few times a week and sweep and mop at least once a week if not more.

Just me and my Golden mix, so must be dog friendly. About me, I am 36 year old healthcare worker. I do a mix of day and night shifts so I would prefer someone who can be considerate of that. Besides that, I love to cook and bake so usually something good around. Also, enjoy adventures on my days off so find me on a road trip, the beach, or going to watch my team play.
