availability- May 1 2026 Great house nestled in Belmont Heights- 15 min walk to the ocean and Belmont Brewery. 5min bike ride to 2nd st or Broadway/Retro Row. We have a room that has opened up in our house. It would be a shared bathroom with a roommate who works from home 2 days a week. Washer and dryer within the house. Street parking but it’s always been easy to find a space. Tons of storage space available. Entire house is open and shared to roommates. It’s $953/mo plus $900/deposit. Utilities are around $140/mo and that includes a house cleaner twice a month! The unit itself is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with 2 already living there. We are open to kind humans, no drama and easy living! Female preferred but open to the right male. Must love to keep tidy! We keep a very clean house.
