I am looking for someone who will be good friend and help keep the place clean. *No Drug or Smokers. *No pets. ( I love pets) *Must maintain cleanliness. No eating inside bedroom. Routine inspection per month will be done inorder to protect the property. *Will have to sign damage contract. Any damage done must be repaired or paid for.
