About the Room:
This home was built in 2017, has two bedrooms available, and is a corner lot which provides each roommate fully privacy. Both rooms have generous closet space and come furnished with a full or queen size bed, two night stands, and two night stand lamps. The rooms may become unfurnished if you wish. A bathroom separates both bedrooms on one side of the home and a hallway separates the two bedrooms from the master bedroom. Each room has it’s own window- one faces the street and sunset and the other faces a brick fence on the corner lot.
About the House: The house is located in the prestigious area of Mountain Falls in Pahrump, Nevada one hour away from Las Vegas. The HOA fees (included) pay for beautiful parks, landscaping, and access to excellent gym with free weights and dance studio. The two car garage is also a studio for dance and entrepreneural purposes. Garage parking is available for an additional $50.00 fee. There is jacuzzi set up in the patio for you to use and set up to 104 degrees. The master bedroom has its own private patio area. The backyard is untoched but plans to install a pool and a beautiful garden are in the works. A camera system is installed inside very window, door, and garage space for security.
About Your Roommate:
You’ll be sharing the space with a professional in his 40s, and my adorable 7-year-old furball. I’m easy-going, adventurous, and outgoing. I’m looking for a roomie who is either a student or a professional with a typical work schedule of 8-5, Monday through Friday. Respectfulness is key, and work-from-home situations are not ideal for this arrangement at this time. Privacy and zen environment is essential. Thus, communication betweeen rommates is essential through verbal and text messages. Guests are allowed to visit and so are overnight guests- just inform roommates a day before to respect each other’s privacy and space. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Rent Due Date:
Rent is due every month on the first. $50 late fee if received after the fifth day of the month.
