Second floor apartment with indoor stairs, apartment is carpeted and both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is in unit laundry in the common area of the apartment. Common areas will be furnished with essentials, but my departing roommate is taking most decorations and such. Bedroom is unfurnished with walk in closet. I have one cat, but she will get along with another cat or small dog. The lease will only allow one more pet. You will need to be added to the lease, but as I’ve been here for five years all deposits have been paid. I am open to renewing the lease after the 12 month contract is up. Apartment complex has a pool, gym, and lots of outdoor space. I have included a few pictures from the apartment complex website for extra clarity on the layout because I take notoriously bad pictures haha

I’m laidback and would love to chat and be friends but just existing here together is just fine too! I have one cat, her name is muffin and she’s super friendly and would get along great with another cat or a small dog (apartment complex limits dogs to 50 pounds on second story). I have friends over occasionally and my long distance boyfriend comes to visit twice a month. I love to cook and do anything creative. I look forward to meeting you!!
