This room shares a bathroom with one other female. She will prefer to have a female roommates since the bathroom would be shared. Available mid August 2025. Professional group house with a clean and fully furnished room shared bathroom with one other girl. 4 mins walk to Forest Glen Metro. Very clean, organized and quiet. Plenty of parking in a great quiet neighborhood. There’s a standing desk for work from home, bed frame, chair, dresser, night stand and etc. Internet is fast and the house is well updated with many safety and security systems. All doors have a personal 4 digit PIN number to enter. Well organized, comfortable kitchen, entertainment center with Netflicks, Disney plus, HBO and an extra large deck to relax in during the summer. Established group house where members have lived for years. Utilities are for water, gas and electric split amount the house mates( roughly 70$) .Current age range is 20 to 30, working professionals. House is male and females, mostly female but one male lives here in the lower level.
