Private room in a three bedroom house. Available now. There are 1.5 bathrooms in the house, which will be shared between you and three other roommates. Unrestricted access to the entire house (full kitchen with a dishwasher, living room with TV, laundry room with a washer and dryer, backyard with fruit trees and chickens, vegetable garden in the front yard). There are two indoor/outdoor cats living at the house so we’re looking for someone who likes cats. We also have chickens in the backyard. Other cats and pets are welcome as long as they get along with cats. Utilities are not included but are usually less than $100 per person per month.

Two people currently live at the house (me and my partner). We’re both in our early 30s and work full time. I’m an engineer and work from home 3 days a week. My partner works at Cal Poly 5 days a week. We’re both peaceful, clean, and respectful people. We would like to share our space with a person who has lived with others before, is open to communication, is respectful, and cleans up after themselves.
