Manufactured home with room available for rent! The house isn’t perfect, it is missing trim in a few places and the carpet is unfinished in some parts. But, it is in a safe neighborhood and we have decorated the interior to make it feel cozier. There is also no central AC, but we do provide a window AC free of charge. The property has five bedrooms total, and a shared kitchen/living/dining area. Utilities and bills are an extra $70 to $120 a month depending on the time of year (it goes up in the winter when we use the heater)

There are currently three of us, and we are looking for a fourth roommie. Two of us are college students, one at Clark and one at WSU Vancouver, and the other is a writer for her church. We are introverted and usually keep to our rooms, but will occasionally watch movies with each other in the living room or go thrift shopping. We don’t cook often but we have all the supplies if you enjoy cooking. We are looking for someone preferably single and no kids. If you do use cannabis, we prefer non scented versions of cannabis.
