About the room
Room is unfurnished, but it has a ceiling fan and light. You’ve got your own bathroom and your closet is in your bathroom. Your room is closest to the front door as well. The apartment is extremely close to the front office and the mailroom is pretty close too. The apartment is around 10 footsteps away from the parking garage and you don’t need to go up or down any stairs or elevators to get to it. There’s a gym and a pool. 285 is pretty easy to get too regardless of the time of day or day of the week. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. If you are the type to blast loud music past midnight like you’re the only one living here, you are not welcome here. Electricity and internet bills are separate and will be split evenly. This is a non-smoking apartment location. If you smoke, you have to do it across the street from the area. You will need to bring the leasing office your ID and proof of income when you sign the lease and the deposit needs to be a money order.
About the roomies
I only have one roommate and I’m looking to replace them. There are no pets here. I believe pets are allowed here.
