Hello potential future housemate :)

My roommate and I are looking for someone to rent the apartment in our house (that we also rent) in Fremont/Ballard (Frelard) starting 7/1/2026.

The apartment is a separate mother-in-law on the top floor with it’s own entrance*. You’ll have your own kitchen, bathroom, and off street parking space. The views of the Olympics from the apartment are wild (the sunsets!). It’s appx 700 sqft.

We have a huge backyard. For parties! For cozy fires! For sunbathing! For blood moon rituals with your friends! Whatever you like. The backyard also has shed(s) for storage.

We also have a basement with, you guessed it, more storage! So much space! And there’s a washer/dryer (which the three of us share). Woo, no more laundromat.

The apartment is optionally furnished, whatever you don’t use I will move to storage.

We currently have 1 dog and 1 cat and are open to discussing your pet as well.

We are walking distance (<1 mile) from: Stampede Cocktail Club, The Woodland Park Rose Garden, Red Arrow Coffee (omg the FOOOOOOD), Mox Boarding House, the Ballard breweries, and more!

Our neighbors are too cute and we have block parties in the summer. 🥹 Girl, last Christmas they brought in real life reindeer! :O
