Room available is the larger of the 2 bedrooms, available bedroom will be empty for your arrival.
I have handled all of the bills for passed 2 years so utilities, cable/wifi estimates are available.
Parking spaces are plentiful on the street, but the building has parking spaces available.
About the roomies
In my late 20s and work in Bergen County.
I am a laid back person. I go out during the weekends, so if you want to join in on that you’re welcome to. I enjoy cooking and trying out new dishes.
I live with a very sociable Boxer.
Current roommate of 2+ years is moving in with his girlfriend, so the room will be available.
